Refund policy
We hope you love every purchase, however, if you need to return an item, Botanique Threads accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days after receipt of products.
If the item has remained unused and in original condition, we will refund full order amount, minus the shipping costs for the return.

- We attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible, using the best courier option for the customers location.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
Actual colours may vary, due to computer monitors displaying colours differently, and everyone sees colours uniquely. While every care is taken to present the product colours as near reality as possible, please understand the actual colours may vary slightly, when viewed on your monitor.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care goods, including soaps and bath balls.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major fault, including, if the product has any of the following:
- has a problem that would have prevented anyone from buying that item, if they had been aware of the problem
- it is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description (other than colour variations as outlined above)
- does not do what we advertised, or what you asked for and cannot easily be fixed
- is not the correct item, as ordered.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, including the product SKU number.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was accepted or rejected.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, on your original payment method, within 10 business days, following receipt of the returned goods. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
