Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 1-7 days (excluding weekends and public holidays), from date of received order confirmation.
Further notifications will be forwarded to your preferred contact method, when:
- payment has been received and cleared
- the order is being processed
- if any delays have occurred with the order or shipping
- once order has been packed and received by Australia Post
- a tracking number is available, for tracking progress of delivery
- an approximate date of delivery
- when parcel has been delivered
Once the products have been dispatched, Botanique Threads is not responsible for any delays with carriers. Unforeseen events outside our control, including peak seasonal periods, weather and industrial occurrences, may delay Australia Post and the delivery time frame.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Botanique Threads offers Australia Post rates to addresses within Australia. These rates may change in accordance with Australia Post updates.
Small packages <5Kg are being posted at a $10.00 flat rate.
Weight and size information, relevant to each product, will be displayed at checkout.
